Lentil Loaf
- Makes: 8 slices
- Ingredients:
- 3 c. cooked lentils
- 1½ c. oatmeal
- ¾ c. onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 c. tomato sauce
- 2¼ tsp Italian seasonings
- Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and press mixture into a loaf pan coated with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat).
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.
