SHRIMP PIZZA

  • Makes: 8 slices

  • Ingredients:
    • premade pizza crust
    • 1½ c. pizza or spaghetti sauce
    • ¾ pound cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
    • 1½ red onions, sliced
    • 1 red pepper, sliced
    • 1½ c. non/lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Directions:
    • Spread sauce evenly over crust.
    • Top with shrimp, onion and peppers.
    • Sprinkle with cheese.
    • Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.

  • Nutritional Information:
    • Serving Size - 1 slice
    • Calories - 230
    • Fat - 4 gr
    • Cholesterol - 100 mg
    • Protein - 25 gr
    • Carbohydrates - 20 gr
