Garlic Potatoes
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into thin wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1½ tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1½ tsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Directions:
- Place potatoes on baking trays coated with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat).
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
- Combine next 6 ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir into potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated.
- Spray potatoes with nonstick cooking sproay (nonfat) and place in oven 4-5 inches from heat element and broil 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
