Mixed Fruit Shake

  • Makes: 2 servings

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 banana, chopped
    • 1 c. non/lowfat mixed-berry yogurt
    • ½ c. skim milk
    • ½ c. sliced strawberries or 3½ tbsp strawberry jam
    • ¼ c. kiwi, peeled and sliced
    • ¼ c. orange juice concentrate
    • ¼ c. chopped dates
    • 2 tbsp wheat germ
    • 6 ice cubes

  • Directions:
    • Place all ingredients in blender, add ice cubes and mix well.

  • Nutritional Information:
    • Serving Size - 1½ cup
    • Calories - 215
    • Fat - 0 gr
    • Cholesterol - 0 mg
    • Protein - 9 gr
    • Fiber - 3 gr
