Mixed Fruit Shake
- Makes: 2 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 c. non/lowfat mixed-berry yogurt
- ½ c. skim milk
- ½ c. sliced strawberries or 3½ tbsp strawberry jam
- ¼ c. kiwi, peeled and sliced
- ¼ c. orange juice concentrate
- ¼ c. chopped dates
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 6 ice cubes
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender, add ice cubes and mix well.
