LEMON SNAPPER
- Makes: 4 servings
- Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 4 6oz red snapper fillets
- ¼ c. lemon juice
- ¼ c. parsley, chopped
- Directions:
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook snapper 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Heat lemon juice, remove from heat and add parsley.
- Serve over red snapper.
