ORIENTAL SALAD
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 2¼ tbsp Oriental sesame oil
- 3 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 2¼ tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¾ pound Chinese noodles
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 2¼ c. broccoli, chopped
- Directions:
- Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain and add green onions.
- Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix sauce, noodles and broccoli in a serving bowl.
