JAMAICAN SALSA
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 2 small pineapples,peeled, cored and diced
- 4 kiwi friut, peeled and diced
- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 papayas, peeled and diced
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed
- ½ poblano chile, seeded and diced
- 1 c. vinegar
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 4 limes
- 1 c. cilantro, chopped
- Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours and serve.
