SOUP BOWL
- Makes: 6 bowls
- Ingredients:
- 2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed and cut into thirds
- 6 egg whites or 6 tbsp egg substitute, lightly beaten
- Directions:
- Roll dough into a ball.
- Place on a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brush with egg whites.
- Cover and let rise for 3 hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and slice off top.
- Hollow out bread bowl and fill with favorite soup, chili, or dip.
