SOUP BOWL

  • Makes: 6 bowls

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 loaves frozen white bread dough, thawed and cut into thirds
    • 6 egg whites or 6 tbsp egg substitute, lightly beaten

  • Directions:
    • Roll dough into a ball.
    • Place on a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    • Brush with egg whites.
    • Cover and let rise for 3 hours.
    • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    • Cool and slice off top.
    • Hollow out bread bowl and fill with favorite soup, chili, or dip.
