HOT SALSA
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1½ c. onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 12 jalepeno peppers, minced
- 12 tomatos, chopped
- Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except the tomatoes.
- Remove excess liquid from tomatos and add to the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
