TOMATO, ONION, AND HONEY VINAIGRETTE
- Makes: 1¼ cups
- Ingredients:
- 1 8oz can plum tomatoes, drained, juices reserved
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1¼ c. red onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- ½ tsp orange zest, grated
- Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Allow to chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
