STEPS TO A HEALTHIER LIFE

  1. Start with colon cleansing using Colon Cleanse Formula and Colon Detox Formula.

  2. Reduce or eliminate all animal meat, fish, eggs, milk, and their by-products. If you are going to eat meat, buy only organic with no hormones, antibiotics or pesticides. You'll get better, quicker on a vegetarian diet.

  3. Buy a juicer and use it daily as well as daily intake of Earth's Nutrition. Avoid synthetic vitamins and supplements. They have no life in them and will deteriorate health instead of making you better.

  4. At least once a season, or 4 times a year, do the Five Day Cleanse. Once per month is better and really necessary if you are sick or have any serious health problems. Periodic cleansing is a major key to a long, healthy life.

  5. Exercise everyday for at least 40 minutes. SWEAT!

  6. Rest the spirit , mind and body every seventh day (Sabbath). Get at least eight to nine hours of sleep every night. Take a 20-minute nap and/or meditation after lunch.

  7. Eliminate refined sugar, processed and canned foods, sodas, black tea, coffee, alcohol and tobacco.

  8. Reduce or stop watching television.

  9. Wear 100% cotton or other natural fiber clothing (wool, linen and silk). They allow more oxygen into the body. Sixty percent of our energy comes from air. However, we cannot get all of the oxygen we need through the lungs alone. A great deal of our breathing is done through the pores of the skin. If our clothing doesn't breathe (polyester and other synthetic fibers are poor breathers), than our skin cannot breathe and supply all of the oxygen and energy that we need.

  10. Eat more raw, organic and fresh fruits, vegetables and sprouts. Use organic grains, potatoes and rice. Cook only in stainless steel, iron or glass. Aluminum leeches into the food and is a toxic metal named as a culprit in Alzheimer's and other diseases.

  11. Breathe deeply and relax shoulders and neck.

  12. Walk barefoot on the ground daily when climate and weather permits (even if it doesn't, if you're brave). This releases static electricity from the body which is beneficial to the nervous system. It will help you sleep better.

  13. Drink and bathe in pure water. Get a high quality filter for drinking water (reverse osmosis is the best) and a filter for your shower (more chlorine is breathed in during the shower than all the water that you consume daily).
  14. Anchor your hope. Your life can get better.

  15. Don't take yourself so seriously. Learn to laugh again!

  16. Pray and meditate.

  17. Yield control of your life to the Lord. Our control will only mess things up and destroy our health and emotions.

  18. Walk in love and help others. Sowing seeds of favor into the lives of others reaps a harvest of healing, favor and other benefits for yourself. John 3:16; 1 John 5:3.

  19. Sunbathe daily when possible. The sun has been getting a bad rap. Think about life without the benefits of the sun. All life would end. The key is moderation and using sunscreens violates moderation. The real culprit in skin cancer (by the way, more skin cancer is produce by living under fluorescent lights than by sunning) is the sun blockers than keep the upper layer from becoming red, while the second, more important layer burns. You skin is designed to turn red (for Caucasians) so that you know you shouldn't be in the sun for long periods. Overall cancer rates are lowest in the Sunbelt.

  20. Treat the cause of pain instead of the symptom. Killing the pain is shooting the messenger of bad news, yet the bad news still exists and is being ignored. Pain should be investigated to find its reason for sending the alarm.

  21. You will live longer if you avoid medical doctors and synthetic drugs. Both Ralph Nader's group and the Center for Disease Control indicate that the number one killer in this nation is Doctor induced Diseases. Over 300,000 annually. Death rates have fell many times around the world when doctors went on strike. Over 160,000 people die annually in this nation alone as a direct result of their prescribed drugs. The Food and Drug Administration states that 2/3 or all of doctor treatments are either unsafe and/or ineffective. They only suppress symptoms (the messengers) not cure diseases.

  22. If you must use deodorants, use a diluted citric essential oil. The incidence in breast cancer and Alzheimer's could be linked to stay-dry deodorants. Detoxification will reduce body odor.
