- Antibiotic and cleansing properties of the mucous membranes used to treat infections and inflammations including disorders that affect the bladder, prostate, stomach, vagina or colon. Use to combat cold, flus and sore throats, combine with or alterante use with echinacea. Aids the colon, liver, pancreas, spleen and both the lymphatic and respiratory systems.
- Side Effects/Precautions:
- Not for extended daily use. Many references suggested daily use not to exceed one week although others caution for use not to exceed three weeks with at least a two week break in between cycles. May lead to gastrointestinal or nervous system distress due to alkaloid constituents. Not for use by preganant or lactating women.
