This is a very warm heating oil that penetrates into the skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and even bones. It helps relieve pain, inflammation, stiffness in joints and muscles. beneficial for traumatized tissue as well as for the health of bones. Do not use on broken skin. Rub in to penetrate.

- Dosage: Massage into areas of sore muscles or injury. Do not apply to open wounds.
- Oil Contains: Menthol Crystals (extracted from cornmint), Plantain herb, St. John's Wort herb/flower, Lobelia herb/seed, Cayenne pepper fruit, Ginger root, Arnica flower, Calendula flower. In a base of Wintergreen essential oil, Olive oil, Pure Aloe vera oil & Birch essential oil.
